Zen Meditation

Regina's Wake Up! Zen Buddhist community is offering a free, 12-week introductory course in Zen meditation.
Classes run from 10:30 a.m. until noon on Saturdays, beginning this weekend (Sept 12) at 2900-15th Ave.

See It/Try It Event

Synchro Sask is holding a "see it/try it" event on Saturday morning (Sept 12) for those interested in sampling synchronized swimming.
Called "So You Think You Can Swim," it takes place from 8-10 a.m. at the Lawson Aquatic Centre.
This event is for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

Clothes Giveaway

A clothing giveaway will be held Saturday (Sept 12) at Grace/New Beginnings Lutheran Church, located at 1037 Victoria Ave.
This church is on the corner of Victoria Avenue and Quebec Street.
All items are free during this event, which will run from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
This giveaway includes many styles and all sizes in men's, women's and children's clothing.
